The fourth generation of "M-three-ruble modifications" continues the glorious tradition of "M" and they are all excellent sports cars. But this M3 is something special, the coupé variant is equipped with an all-new V8 engine and a new transmission, a lightweight body with increased rigidity, a lower center of gravity and a carbon roof (without loss of strength, reduced weight). This car was tested on the most difficult test site in the world - the track at the Nurburgring.

In such a powerful and dynamic car, style is never the main element, and form is always determined by function. The front end of the E92 has been designed to accommodate a high-revving V8 engine under the bonnet. The massive rear provides a wider track and allows for four tailpipes. Even the shape of the exterior mirrors improves the aerodynamic performance of the vehicle. The combination of these elements allows you to create not just an image, but a truly sports car, which, however, is great for everyday driving.

The interior of this BMW M3 is entirely built around the driver. The traditional M-Series circular gauges, the iDrive controller and the M-type sports seat with memory function, the innovative combination of leather and carbon fiber in the interior, all combine to create a comfortable environment and mood for the race.

Exclusive 18-inch double-spoke wheels enhance the dynamism of the BMW M3 E92 sports coupé, while optional 220M forged 19-inch wheels maximize the sporty performance of this vehicle.

The following color options are available for the BMW M3 E92 coupe: Interlagos Blue, Silverstone II, Melbourne Red, Jerez Black, Alpine White, Black, Sparkling Graphite and Space Gray.

The seats here combine comfort and sportiness. This has been achieved through the use of: soft leather, optimized ergonomics. Lateral support also contributes to a comfortable ride. The seat position is memorized.
The interior of the coupe reflects the sporty character of the car, but is not devoid of comfort. BMW designers have made a real breakthrough by redefining the design of the interior of a sports car. Unique finishing materials, made of leather with carbon fiber.

To ensure safety, the E92 has airbags for the driver, front passenger, side and head airbags. All airbags are controlled by a well-calibrated intelligent safety system. It ensures that each airbag is deployed at the correct angle to minimize the effects of all types of impacts as much as possible. This system can also activate the seat belt pretensioners, disengage the central locking and interrupt the fuel pump.
Adaptive headlights can be fitted to enhance safety. Sensors continuously monitor the speed and angle of the steering wheel, the data is processed, and the electromechanical drives rotate the xenon reflectors in the direction of the bend for better illumination of the road.
The optimized aerodynamics of the vehicle stabilize and increase downforce. An additional air intake on the bonnet allows for reduced drag. A rear apron with diffuser provides controlled flow under the vehicle floor. Front spoiler with integrated air intakes for better engine cooling.

The new V8 engine fully matches the character of the M3 E92: maximum speed of 8400 rpm, power 420 hp. sec., maximum torque 400 Nm at 3900 rpm. Individual throttle valves are also installed, which are usually only used in racing car models. This allowed for excellent responsiveness to the driver's input, making the handling of this M3 an immersive experience.

The new 6-speed manual transmission ensures optimal transmission of engine power across all rpm ranges, allowing for dramatic increases in speed when needed. Even downshifting is a pleasant experience - especially when cornering. Redesigned and lightweight vented grip to provide better heat dissipation.

The lightweight design of the vehicle ensures optimal longitudinal and lateral dynamics. It includes high-strength bumpers, a one-piece front, a CFRP roof, and an entire chassis. The new V8 engine weighs a whopping 15 kg less than the six-cylinder unit found in the previous generation. All masses are as close as possible to the center of gravity, while maintaining the ideal weight distribution along the axes - 50:50. The chassis rigidity has also been increased to improve ease of movement and achieve greater stability.

Even a small increase in traction is often decisive. The variable locking differential precisely determines the required traction based on the torque. Even when grip changes significantly, such as when cornering at high speeds, the BMW M3 Coupé holds the road with confidence by redistributing up to 100% of the power to either of the rear wheels. Drivers who are accustomed to taking everything from their cars are well aware of what this system gives: it improves handling, increases safety and optimizes the tractive effort of the rear-wheel drive coupe.

DSC helps maintain traction in extreme situations. When engaged, it prevents the vehicle from skidding by applying the brakes only to wheels that have traction. In M Dynamic mode, DSC will help you realize your sporting ambitions: its use leads to increased drift in the longitudinal and lateral directions at all speeds. And electronically adjustable EDC shock absorbers (optional) with three different modes provide tremendous freedom of driving. However, this does not compromise safety, but only enhances driving pleasure.

The powerful compound brakes of this car meet the highest demands for braking deceleration, wet handling, wear resistance and high temperatures, requirements that are usually only found in sports cars. These perforated disc brakes respond quickly and accurately to pedal pressures and are incredibly lightweight thanks to the use of aluminum.

The M Drive system allows drivers to program a variety of vehicle functions according to their preferences. Functions that can be programmed include the DME electronic control unit, DSC Dynamic Stability Control, EDC electronic damping control, Servotronic steering and engine. All you have to do is press the "M Drive" button on the steering wheel to select the preset parameters - for a very comfortable or sporty ride.
